I like art- fancy myself an artist a few times a year. I love music, especially if it is live- though I have no musical ability to speak of. Though, I do sing in the shower, and in the car, and pretty much anywhere others aren't. Yeah, I do try to not scare my friends off… I like the written word- whether it is me writing it or reading it. I love movies, big tubs, coffee and good hair days. I fear heights, get motion sick, and am terribly cheerful in the early morning hours. I believe in compassion, and the power of kindness. It is amazing how the simplest things are overlooked… Caring for others, Taking care of the Earth, Taking care of ourselves. I think as a whole we forget to slow down enough to enjoy life, or even to create a life that we enjoy. It is a shame that in this world today people still go hungry, are still dying needlessly and that there is so much fighting and abuse- What kind of examples are we setting for our children? What kind of life are we showing them that it is okay to lead? As all of it starts and ends with you… Show them strength, show them passion, show them love- Let's show them how to really live.. .
